Care & maintenance

Correctly installed and maintained, our high performance doors will give many years of trouble-free operation.

Ventilation and heating should be provided as soon as possible after fitting, in order to bring the frames to their normal service conditions. Timber windows need regular cleaning and care to ensure full service life and functional performance. In order to ensure a smooth and trouble-free operation, we recommend six-monthly inspections of all finishes and clean glass with proprietary cleaners for glass surfaces. Lubricate or oil moving parts and locking points at least once a year and check all important components for looseness and wear.

Up to 10 year warranty on all frames, glazing, hardware and finishes for your doors.

Our frames, glazing, and door finishes are guaranteed against defective materials or workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of your delivery and installation.

  • Yes, we have a dedicated aftersales team with 2 full-time office staff and a team on the road. Our after sales manager has 20 years' experience in the industry and is backed up by our technical team and in-house installation team. Between them there isn't much we haven't seen, so we can find the solution swiftly. Our team is available to assist with any enquiries, carry out repairs, fit replacement parts, and provide maintenance support.
