Mill Office Radical Retrofit

21°’s building team has undertaken a cost-effective and pragmatic radical retrofit of warehouse space into a cosy and energy efficient office space. The office space will accommodate up to 26 of 21°’s own MVHR heat recovery ventilation staff.

Retrofit of a 200m2 warehouse on the ground floor of mill building, turning it into an energy efficient and comfortable office space. The retrofit entailed a ‘box within a box’ timber frame strategy.
